He is due to appear at East Surrey Magistrates’ Court in Redhill on January 25.

A 17-year-old girl from Epsom, who was a passenger in the Seat, was pronounced dead at the scene, while a second passenger, a 17-year-old girl, also from Epsom, and the driver of the Seat, a 19-year-old man from the Worthing area, suffered serious injuries. The driver of the Ford Fiesta, a 24-year-old woman, also suffered serious injuries.
