HM Courts Service: Results list for November 21 to 25, 2016

Przemyslaw Przybysz, 33, of Westfield, Bognor Regis, was fined £60 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting using a van on the M27 Rownhams that was fitted with a plate, without a plating certificate, when the maximum gross weight of 3,500kg was exceeded.

Lydia Rawlings, 32, of Nappers Wood, Fernhurst, was given a community order with Rehabilitation Activity Requirement and must carry out 150 hours’ unpaid work after being found guilty of assault by beating in Fernhurst on July 1, 2016. She was also given a restraining order and must pay £150 compensation, £85 victim surcharge and £400 costs.

Abbey Shrubb, 24, of Windsor House, Windmill Drive, Tangmere, was given a 16-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, with three-month curfew, electronically monitored, between 9pm and 7am daily, and Rehabilitation Activity Requirement, after admitting assault causing actual bodily harm (a displaced fracture requiring surgery) in Chichester on June 11, 2016. She must pay £300 compensation, £115 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Mariusz Lullis, 27, of Longford Road, Bognor Regis, was fined £100 and must pay £70 costs after admitting breaching a suspended sentence order by failing to attend unpaid work.

Jamie Edwards, 23, of High Street, Cricklade, was fined £230 and his driving record was endorsed with six points after admitting driving on the B2133 Loxwood on November 2, 2016, without insurance. He was fined £100 and must pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting obstructing a police constable on the B2133 Loxwood on November 2, 2016. He was fined £100 after admitting using a handheld mobile phone while driving and admitted driving without a licence, no separate penalty.

Amelia-Jane Linberry, 50, of Chestnut Grove, Bognor Regis, was given a 12-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, with Rehabilitation Activity Requirement and must carry out 180 hours’ unpaid work after admitting drink-driving (144mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Oak Grove, Bognor Regis, on November 2, 2016. She must pay £115 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and was disqualified from driving for three years.

Victoria Searle, 69, of Pottery Cottages, Crossbush Lane, Arundel, was fined £175 and must pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting producing eight cannabis plants in Arundel on May 26, 2016.

Alan Golding, 67, of Whitwell Road, Southsea, was fined £300 and must pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (74mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in West Street, Bognor Regis, on November 5, 2016. He was disqualified from driving for 19 months.

Pawel Gornicki, 28, of Canada Grove, Bognor Regis, was given a community order and must carry out 66 hours’ unpaid work after admitting stealing headphones and a jacket worth £70 from Tesco, Bognor Regis, on October 12, 2016. He must pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Ryan Hunter, 24, of Barnhouse Close, Pulborough, was given a community order and must carry out 120 hours’ unpaid work after admitting assault on the A283 Pulborough on November 5, 2016; and damaging a bluetooth device and car radio belonging to MJ Cars, Pulborough, on November 5, 2016. He must pay £250 compensation, £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Tina Bennett, 47, of Pryors Green, Bognor Regis, was given a community order with Rehabilitation Activity Requirement and must carry out 160 hours’ unpaid work after admitting stealing cash and cigarettes from a property in Bognor Regis between August 4, 2016, and August 11, 2016. She must pay £120 compensation, £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Rafal Jarocki, 21, of Green Lane Terrace, Dorset Road, Bognor Regis, was given a community order and must carry out 100 hours’ unpaid work after admitting failing to stop after an accident in Dorset Road, Bognor Regis, which caused damage to another vehicle on October 23, 2016. He must pay £85 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and was disqualified from driving for 12 months. He also admitted driving without due care and attention, without a licence and without insurance, no separate penalties.

Aaron Seymour, 19, of Broad Walk, Forestside, Rowland’s Castle, was committed to detention for 16 weeks, suspended for 18 months, with Rehabilitation Activity Requirement, and must carry out 120 hours’ unpaid work after admitting stealing £1,200 cash from The Co-operative, Emsworth, between September 14, 2016, and October 2, 2016, while working as a cashier. He must pay £115 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Matthew Wakeford, 26, of Gilbert Road, Chichester, was given and eight-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, and must carry out 150 hours’ unpaid work after admitting driving in Duncan Road, Chichester, on November 4, 2016, while disqualified. He must pay £115 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and was disqualified from driving for six months. He also admitted driving without insurance, no separate penalty.

Michal Winiarczyk, 20, of Bowley Lane, South Mundham, was discharged conditionally for 12 months and must pay £100 compensation, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting assaulting a police constable in South Mundham on November 7, 2016.
