Russell Helmore, 32, of Truggers, Handcross, was given a community order with 120 hours of unpaid work, £100 compensation, an £85 victim services surcharge, and £625 costs. He had pleaded guilty to common assault in Cuckfield.

Darryl Roger, 23, of Blackbridge Lane, Horsham, was fined £80, with a £30 victim services surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to possessing a Class B drug (cannabis).

Faye Giles, 30, of Adversane Lane, Adversane, was fined £40, with a £30 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and three penalty points added to her licence. She had pleaded guilty to speeding in Guildford Road, Horsham.

Henry Gombya, 63, of Lynchford Road, Farnborough, was fined £660, with a £66 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and six penalty points added to his licence. He had been convicted of driving without insurance on the A264 at Horsham.

Brandon Meakings, 51, of Vines Road, Partridge Green, was fined £660, with a £66 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and six penalty points added to his licence. He had been convicted of driving without insurance in Brighton Road, Henfield.

Eric Randall, 88, of Hormare Crescent, Storrington, was fined £40, with a £30 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and three penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to failing to comply with a red traffic light in Broadwater Road, Worthing.

Daniel Roe-Barnett, 25, of Dukes Place, Sayers Common, was fined £154, with a £30 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and six penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to speeding on the A23 at Pyecombe.

Patrick Woolgar, 31, of Brighton Road, Shermanbury, was fined £660, with a £66 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and six penalty points added to his licence. He had been convicted of failing to identify a driver suspected of speeding on the A27 at Aldingbourne.

David Poll, 29, of Priory Road, Arundel, was fined £313, with a £31 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and four penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to speeding on the A24 at Dial Post.

Emma Buttriss, 42, of Sheep Pen Lane, Steyning, was banned from driving for six months, with a £180 fine, a £30 victim services surcharge, and £85 costs. She had been convicted of failing to identify a driver suspected of speeding in Brighton Road, Shoreham.

Gavin Roy, 38, of Arundale Walk, Horsham, was fined £175, with a £30 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and three penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to driving without due care and attention in Hills Farm Lane, Horsham.

Stuart Penny, 33, of Anvil Close, Billingshurst, was jailed for eight weeks, with a £115 victim services surcharge. He had pleaded guilty to using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause fear of violence, at the Law Courts in Horsham.

Nicolas De Launay, 40, of Harbolets Road, West Chiltington, was given a community order with an £85 victim services surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to theft of a jacket from Cotswold Outdoor in Horsham, and theft of food from a One Stop in Horsham.
