Brian Harris, 42, of Roundhill Crescent, Brighton, was banned from driving for a year, with a £667 fine, a £50 victim services surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to driving without due care and attention, and to driving with illegal levels of cocaine in his blood, in London Road, Handcross.

Gary Walker, 64, of St Johns Road, Burgess Hill, was fined £660, with a £66 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and six penalty points added to his licence. He had been convicted in his absence of speeding on the A2037 at Small Dole.

Brenda Jogiana, 29, of Brighton Road, Pease Pottage, was banned from driving for six months, with a £660 fine, a £66 victim services surcharge, and £85 costs. She had been convicted in her absence of driving without insurance and of driving without an MoT certificate in High Street, Crawley.

Danny Keet, 18, of Bognor Road, Merston, was fined £40, with a 330 victim services surcharge, £30 costs, and three penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to speeding on the A24 at Shipley.

Jacqueline Parfitt, 46, of Offington Avenue, Salvington, was fined £190, with a £30 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and three penalty points added to her licence. She had pleaded guilty to speeding on the A24 at West Grinstead.

Linda Abbott, 70, of The Wadeys, Billingshurst, was fined £96, with a £30 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and five penalty points added to her licence. She had pleaded guilty to driving without due care and attention in Forge Way, Billingshurst, and to failing to stop and give details after an accident.

Nicholas Greenfield, 55, of Church Walk, Wilmington, was fined £100, with a £30 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and three penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to speeding on the A24 at West Grinstead.

Peter Tidman, 46, of Egmont Road, Sutton, was fined £100, with a £30 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and three penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to speeding on the A29 at Pulborough.

Paul Whitehead, 31, of Stoneycroft Walk, Ifield, was fined £338, with £1,300 compensation, a £33 victim services surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to causing criminal damage to a TV, a sofa, wallpaper, and flooring at a house in Horsham. A restraining order was passed, barring him from contacting the victim.

Jordan Easterbrook, 22, of North Parade, Horsham, was fined £60, with a £30 victim services surcharge, and £85 costs. She had pleaded guilty to theft of perfume from P&O Ferries.

Darren Lloyd, 43, of North Street, Horsham, was fined £400, with a £20 victim services surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to failing to notify Horsham District Council that he possessed capital affecting his entitlement to housing benefit, and to failing to notify the Department for Work and Pensions that he possessed capital affecting his entitlement to Employment Support Allowance.

Nicholas Martin, 33, current address Lewes Prison, was given an eight week jail sentence, with a £115 victim services surcharge. He had pleaded guilty to common assault, racially aggravated use of threatening or abusive words or behaviour and theft of goods worth £867.33 from Tesco in Broadbridge Heath.

Chloe Appleby, 18, of Blackbridge Lane, Horsham, was given a six month conditional discharge, with a £20 victim services surcharge. She had pleaded guilty to two counts of assaulting a police officer at Horsham Police Station.

Susan Smith, 65, of South Holmes Road, Horsham, was given an absolute discharge. She had pleaded guilty to being the registered keeper of an uninsured vehicle.

Darren Sutton, 23, of Charlock Way, Southwater, was banned from driving for a year, with a £363 fine, a £36 victim services surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to drink driving in Horsham.

Kellie Keating, 45, of Sullington Mead, Broadbridge Heath, was given a community order with six months of drug rehabilitation, and an £85 victim services surcharge. She had pleaded guilty to theft of food and alcohol from Asda in Crawley.

Walid Ben-Ayed, 42, of Mill Lane, Ashington, was given a six week jail sentence, suspended for a year, with a £115 victim services surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to possessing a knuckle duster in Church Lane, Ashington, and to failing to answer bail.
