Joshua Gates, 21, of Bennetts Road, Horsham, was fined £120, with a £30 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and nine penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to driving without due care and attention on the A24 at Southwater.

Kevin Burchell, 55, of Bearsden Way, Broadbridge Heath, was given a one year conditional discharge, with £150 compensation, a £20 victim services surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to causing fear of violence. A restraining order was passed, barring him from contacting the victim, or going to her address.

Ricky Jeffery, 35, of Western Road, Burgess Hill, was fined £375, with a £37.50 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and six penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to driving without due care and attention on the A24 at Southwater.

Benjamin Khor, 36, of Queens Road, Haywards Heath, was ordered to pay £200 compensation, with £620 costs. He had pleaded guilty to two counts of common assault at Mannings Heath Golf Club.

Aaron Wakefield, 22, of Blackbridge Lane, Horsham, was jailed for 14 days, with £70 costs. He had admitted breaching the terms of an early release from prison by failing to stay in touch with his supervisor.

Charlene Moore, 31, of Fraser Walk, Handcross, was fined £220, with a £30 victim services surcharge, and £100 costs. She had been convicted of being the registered keeper of an uninsured vehicle.

Jonathan Crouch, 50, of Billingshurst Road, Broadbridge Heath, was fined £700, with a £70 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and five penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to driving without due care and attention on the A281 at Broadbridge Heath.

Alexandra Ford, 45, of Shakspeare Walk, Hackney, was fined £70, with a £30 victim services surcharge, and three penalty points added to her licence. She had pleaded guilty to speeding on the A29 at Pulborough.

Christopher Hubbard, 31, of Roman Way, Billingshurst, was fined £40, with a £30 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and three penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to speeding in Flamer Road, Woodingdean.

Gillian Ingham, 50, of Main Road, Hursley, was fined £100, with a £30 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and three penalty points added to her licence. She had pleaded guilty to speeding on the A29 at Pulborough.

Peter Jones, 34, of Little Bornes, London, was fined £220, with a £30 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and three penalty points added to his licence. He had been convicted of speeding on the A29 at Pulborough.

Mark Lawrence, 56, of Tottington Drive, Small Dole, was fined £80, with a £30 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and four penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to speeding at Small Dole.

Russell Mather, 49, of Hillsborough Avenue, Exeter, was fined £660, with a £66 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and six penalty points added to his licence. He had been convicted of failing to identify a driver suspected of speeding at Dial Post.

Anne Nicholls, 48, of Glatting Lane, Sutton, nr Pulborough, was fined £220, with a £30 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and three penalty points added to her licence. She had been convicted of speeding.

Jillian Patterson, 51, of Witchampton Mill, Witchampton, was fined £220, with a £30 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and three penalty points added to her licence. She had been convicted of speeding on the A29 at Pulborough.

Jonathan Ruiz, 51, of London Road, Henfield, was fined £220, with a £30 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and three penalty points added to his licence. He had been convicted of speeding.

Carl Simon, 43, of Mill Lane, Sayers Common, was fined £146, with a £30 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and three penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to speeding.

Rory Stafford, 20, of East End Lane, Ditchling, was fined £60, with a £30 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and three penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to speeding on the A2037 at Small Dole.
