Pupils heard from speakers in more than 25 different fields at Cranleigh’s biggest community Career’s Fair on Monday March 2.
Twenty two local businesses including architects, law firms, construction companies, engineers and hospitals were represented at the Fair, which included an exhibition from the firms involved, a series of talks and lectures and a ‘speed-dating’ style walk through the stands.
Mrs Amanda Reader, Head of Careers at Cranleigh, said: “It was fantastic to see so many local businesses giving their time to come and tell our older pupils about real life careers choices. The most popular talks were those that focused on the media. All our pupils got so much out of the event and we’re grateful to everyone who came along to make it a successful event.”
