VIDEO: Farlington tiles unveiled
The completed Jubilee project by girls at Farlington Prep School has been unveiled.
Last summer all pupils from reception to year six came up with their own design for a commemorative tile to mark the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee.
Those designs were transferred onto tiles using acrylic paint.
The finished creations have now been assembled, framed and hung in the Courtyard Hall Foyer at the school, off the A281 near Broadbridge Heath.
Head of the Prep School Joy Baggs said: “It was one of the brainstorming ideas the girls came up with to mark this once in a lifetime event.”
