A SHOREHAM woman has spoken of her ‘truly memorable’ fundraising experience.
Emma Nunn, 22, of Surry Street, did a charity sky dive Salisbury on May 31 for Parkinson’s UK, in memory of her granddad.
“Watched by close family, I completed a 10,000ft skydive,” shae said. “With the support of family friends and many other people, I have raised £550.
“The whole experience was truly memorable and provided what can only be described as the biggest adrenaline rush I have ever had.”
Her granddad was diagnosed with ‘pure’ Parkinson’s disease in 1976 and suffered with the condition for 30 years, progressively getting worse, until he died in 2006, so she wanted to give money to help find a cure.
