Three bikes have been stolen during a shed burglary in Faygate Lane, Faygate.

PCSO Emma Atvarnieks, of Horsham police, said: “It is believed the shed was broken into in a three week period, however a dog at the property was barking on Tuesday February 26 at around 9pm.

“It is believed a crowbar was used to force open two padlocks which were securing the shed.

“Three bikes were stolen. The first is described as a men’s black mountain Quadro bike valued at around £500. The other two bikes are children’s and one is black and white and the other is red and white, both are valued at around £400 each.”

Police are appealing for any witnesses to contact 101 quoting 1077 of 02/03/13.
