Roadworks scheduled for Litlehampton, Wick, Rustington, Walberton and East Preston

SEVERAL roads in the Gazette area will be closed for one or more days this week while contractors fill in potholes and carry out other repairs.

Today (Monday, February 11), Station Road, Rustington, will be closed, with a diversion set up around the roadworks.

In Walberton, West Walberton Lane will remain open during the work today, but with two-way traffic lights around the site.

Traffic lights will also be set up in Mill Lane, Rustington, for tomorrow only, around roadworks there.

Western Road, Littlehampton, will be closed on Wednesday, with a traffic diversion signposted, and on Thursday and Friday, the contractors will be working on Clun Road, Wick, where two-way traffic lights will allow the road to remain open.

Old Worthing Road, East Preston, will be closed on Friday and on Monday next week, with traffic diverted round a signposted route.

Balfour Beatty Living Spaces is carrying out the repairs on behalf of West Sussex County Council.
