A BY-ELECTION is to be held for a new district councillor in Aldwick East.

The poll for a place on Arun District Council will take place on March 14. It follows the death last November of long-serving councillor Robin Brown.

Prospective candidates have until noon on February 15 to submit their nomination papers.
