Petworth church’s Good Friday recital

THERE will be a recital of Stainer’s Crucifixion at St Mary’s Church, Petworth at 7pm on March 29.

Anyone wishing to take part should get in touch, especially tenors and basses.

Preliminary rehearsals start today at 7.15pm, and also on Thursday, March 14.

A final rehearsal will take place at 4.30pm on the day.

Anyone with their own copy of the music should bring it along, but library copies will be available.
