The Former Sussex House development will be complete in four weeks, it was revealed during a guided tour today (November 1).
The finishing touches are being made to the eagerly awaited £38 million High Street development which will provide a Morrisons store, car park, Travelodge and four restaurant units.
The Travelodge will be open by Christmas and a few of the 110 rooms have already been fully furnished.
Morrisons will take possession of the 75,000 sq ft unit this November and the store will be open by Easter next year.
Mark Bird, project director for developer Land Securities, provided the tour.
He said the fascia of the building, as seen from The Boulevard, has been created to blend in with its green surroundings.
