Motorbike enthusiasts on their annual ‘Rideout’ have raised more than £1,000 to benefit patients at the Princess Royal Hospital.
The money will be used by the Haywards Heath based hospital’s League of Friends to buy specialist equipment.
About 60 bikers took part in the Rideout earlier this month and met at St Francis Social Club near the hospital. They held a raffle and gave donations before heading off for Eastbourne.
The League thanked all the riders for their generous support. The Rideout was the first of a number of autumn events for the Friends, who will be running a Golf Day at Piltdown on September 18. For more detals about the Friends visit: prhfriends
