Jewellery stolen as three homes targeted in West Chiltington

Three separate burglaries have occurred at three properties in West Chiltington, with jewellery stolen during two of the break-ins.

A property was also broken into in Rambledown Lane some time between 5pm on Saturday August 23 and 4pm on Sunday August 24.

It is believed that offenders were also able to gain access to the property by forcing the front door open.

The only item reported to have been stolen from the property is jewellery.

A third property was broken into in Harborough Close.

The incident is believed to have occurred some time between Friday August 15 and Tuesday August 26.

Offenders are also believed to have been able to gain access by forcing open the front door.

Jewellery again was the only item reported to have been taken from the property.

A property in Nyetimber Copse was broken into on Saturday August 23 between 9.50pm and 10.15pm.

Sussex Police believe that the offenders were able to gain entry to the property by forcing open the front door.

No items are believed to have been taken.
