Brass band season starts

The Cory Band will be coming to The Hawth as part of the Brass band festival. JPCO

The Hawth’s Brass Band Season begins next month.

One of the oldest and best known brass bands, Cory Band, makes a return with a concert on February 17.

Desford Colliery Band will play on March 31 and, Black Dyke Band on April 14. Tickets are £12.50. Call 01293 553636.
