Matters were brought up to date with a report on last year’s activity at LCCC.

District Judge Helen Lusty gave a very entertaining and informative talk on the role of Child Contact Centres in today’s Family Law system.

Following this, five and 10 year long-service certificates were presented to a total of 14 volunteers.

Light refreshments were then enjoyed by all, including the anniversary cake which was ceremonially cut by the Mayor of Littlehampton, Ian Buckland.

There are currently places available should any families wish to use Littlehampton Child Contact Centre.

More volunteers would also be welcome.

Littlehampton Child Contact Centre is a safe, friendly and neutral place where the children of separated families are able to spend time with one or both parents, and even other family members.

The centre is a child focused environment, where the needs of the children are always put first.
