CHILDREN from The Co-operative Childcare in Chichester got into the Christmas spirit as an audience of more than 300 parents and friends enjoyed a musical nativity.

95 children were split into groups for two performances at Swanfield Chapel on Saturday, December 19. with guests enjoying homemade Christmas biscuits as part of a festive day out.

Sharon Bowell, manager of The Co-operative Childcare in Chichester, said: “The children have worked really hard over the past few weeks to prepare for their nativity performances, and they enjoyed taking to the stage in front of their families.

“Everyone who came really got into the festive spirit, and it was the perfect way to kick-start the Christmas break.”
