A night of mind stretching quiz questions helped raise around £1,000 towards the ARK Christmas.
A gathering of 28 teams from around Horsham met for the trivia showdown at the Holbrook Club, North Heath Lane on Friday 4 October.
Hanagan’s Heroes (Shaun Moloney, Cheryl Sweeney, Simon Austin, Sue Davies, Shane Condell and Susan Goring) pictured here with Lisa Burrell, director of the ARK Horsham, triumphed on the night.
Lisa Burrell, director of the ARK Horsham, said: “It was a wonderful evening filled with so much fun and laughter. The best part is we raised much needed funds to fill the lives of others with fun and laughter this Christmas rather than having to face the day alone.
“Last year 45 members of the ARK family shared Christmas Day and Boxing Day together at the United Reformed Church in Horsham and we will be together again this year so the money raised is very welcome. A big thank you to everyone who helped and took part in the quiz.”
