Several changes have been announced to West Sussex County Council’s Cabinet.

Michael Brown, cabinet member for finance, is stepping down and will be replaced by Jeremy Hunt, currently cabinet member for education and skills.

His portfolio will be filled by Richard Burrett, who will be succeeded as chairman of the children and young people’s select committee by Michael Cloake. Janet Duncton will serve as the select committee’s vice chairman.
