Ravello hairdressers, which is located on Aldwick Road joined forces with the writing group to provide funds for the charity throughout October.

When regular customer, Julia Macfarlane, showed Dawn Jeffery, the owner of Ravello, the anthology that the writers group had recently produced they both saw an opportunity to help this worthy cause. For every copy of the book sold at Ravello’s, Dawn will give £2 to the Help For heroes charity. Ravello’s are also selling raffle tickets throughout October with prizes donated by local companies. Tickets are £2.50 a strip or 50p a ticket and the winners will be drawn on Friday, November 11.
