POLICE are hunting for a man who has approached girls and asked them to get in his car - twice.
He struck first on Friday afternoon (July 18) when he called out to two girls aged 10 and 13 who were walking along Peveril Close, Sompting, and tried to persuade them to get into a car, which has been described as either a silver or light blue metallic saloon style.

They refused and walked off. On Tuesday (July 22) the same man was reported to be sitting in his car carrying out an indecent act and again called out to one of the girls he had approached on Friday.

She ignored him and reported it to the police. The man is described as white with dark hair and big eyes.

Anyone who knows this man or witnessed the incidents, should contact Shoreham CID on 0845 6070999 ext 82285.
