BY POPULAR request we are again running our three course lunch for £20 at Amberley Castle in the West Sussex Gazette.
The new offer will celebrate summer and runs until the end of August 2009.

Previous offers have been heavily subscribed and readers are urged to book early as space in the award-winning restaurant is limited.

In addition, in early July to celebrate the Summer Days Lunch Menu, we will be running a competition to win dinner, breakfast and an overnight stay for two people at the luxury Amberley Castle.

The winner of our previous Amberley Castle competition to win dinner for two in the treehouse there was Tamsin Attfield of Storrington.

Amberley Castle, nestled at the foot of the South Downs overlooking the stunning wildbrooks, is one of the country's finest hotels and restaurants – with an almost unrivalled reputation for luxurious hospitality.

Its head chef James Dugan has lifted the castle's reputation to new heights for his wonderfully creative dishes.

900-year-old Amberley Castle offers 19 luxurious hotel bedrooms and suites, many with fourposter beds and all featuring Jacuzzi bathrooms.
The hotel's facilities include two restaurants, lounge areas, tennis court, croquet lawn, gardens and lakes, 18-hole professional putting course and a stunning thatched-roof tree house complete with rope bridge.

In 2007 it became part of the von Essen collection of luxury hotels when it was sold by Joy and Martin Cummings.

Sister hotels include the famous Sharrow Bay in Cumbria. For more information or to make a reservation, telephone 01798 831992.
