VIDEO: Developer donated new shed for nursery

Waiting for Video...

Children at Chanctonbury Playschool are enjoying using a new shed donated by developer David Wilson Homes.

Lauren Shoosmith, chairman at the playschool in Ashington said: “We’re a charity playschool, have been after a new shed for years, but our funds hadn’t quite been able to stretch that far.

“David Wilson Homes have been building new home development Meiros Farm at the end of Rectory Lane, very close to where we’re situated, and they have very generously donated and erected a brand new shed for us.

“We’re all delighted to have this in place in time for our Spring Easter Fun Day (6th April) as it transforms that area of our garden.

“We’ve recently undergone a bit of a refurb internally, and the shed is the last major thing to complete our new look. We’re very grateful to David Wilson Homes for their generosity with this.”

A video of the official handover can be seen on the County Times website www.wscountytimes.co.uk
