Take an abseil challenge

We’re looking to get in touch with local people who would like to abseil 110 feet from the top floor of a Gatwick Airport Hotel.

Our Abseil Challenge taking place on Sunday 3rd March. It’s to support Home-Start Crawley, Horsham & Mid-Sussex (CHAMS), which is a local charity that supports families where the parents are finding it difficult to cope with bringing up a young family.

Our trained volunteers visit families in their own homes, offering time, friendship and help with the difficulties that parents with young children can face.

Registration for places is now open and we are keen to sign up participants. The event is being run in conjunction with a team of experts who will be on hand to show what to do, so even complete abseiling beginners will be able to take part!

The entry fee to secure a place is just £10 and we’re asking all those who want to take part to aim to at raise at least £100 in sponsorship as well.
