INDIE band Fanfarlo who have been praised by no lesser member of the rock aristocracy than David Bowie, are headed for the Audio, Brighton on February 13.
The Bard of Bromley praised them for creating uplifting music that's 'blessed with a delicious melancholia' and has predicted happy times ahead for the London-based band.
They're also making waves across the pond, and in addition to being signed by the legendary Atlantic label are due to perform on the Letterman Show later this month.
Led by Swedish musician Simon Balthazar their clean and uncluttered guitar sound is sprinkled with trumpet, violin and mandolin.
Last years' album Reservoir received some sterling reviews and sold well despite being available by mail order or from the band's website.
